My Role: Lead UX Researcher (Project Lead, Analyst, Testing Moderator)
Timeline: Oct 15, 2022 - Dec 08, 2022
Solution:
- User Research Deep Dive: Analyzed existing research to understand writer needs and pain points
- Rapid Prototyping: Created two screen mockups for a revamped job seeker application flow
- Data-Driven Design: Conducted A/B testing to identify the most user-friendly prototype
Impact:
- Navigation Made Easy: Streamlined the navigation (especially Screen 5 v2) ultimately reducing frustrations
- Increased Conversions: Addressed user concerns (e.g., "automatically") led to less apprehension and potentially more completed applications
